Continuous Forms

Custom continuous forms are manufactured to satisfy a customer’s specific program needs. Traditionally, continuous forms are specified first by width and then by length. For example, a 9-1/2” x 11” form is one in which the overall width is 9-1/2” and the form length is 11”.
